Peer Review Process
Every manuscript submitted to Stratova Journal of Management and Innovation (SJMI) undergoes a rigorous editorial and peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and scholarly contribution of the published articles.
Upon submission, each manuscript is initially evaluated by the Editorial Board to assess its suitability with the journal’s scope, objectives, and basic publication requirements. Manuscripts that successfully pass the preliminary screening will proceed to a Double-Blind Peer Review process, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review procedure.
SJMI collaborates with qualified reviewers who are experts in the fields of management, business, innovation, entrepreneurship, organizational studies, strategic management, digital transformation, and related disciplines. Our reviewers possess extensive academic and research experience and have served as reviewers for reputable national and international journals.
Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the manuscript may be accepted, accepted with minor revisions, accepted with major revisions, or rejected. Review comments will be returned to the author for necessary revisions and improvements. The peer-review process generally takes approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on the availability of reviewers and the complexity of the manuscript.
The Editorial Team strives to notify authors of the review results as promptly as possible, typically within 1–2 months from the date of submission. However, due to the volume of submissions received by SJMI, the review process may occasionally require additional time.
