Stratova Journal of Management and Innovation (SJMI) is an international peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing knowledge and practice in the fields of management, business, entrepreneurship, and innovation. The journal serves as a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and industry professionals to disseminate high-quality research, theoretical developments, and practical insights that contribute to the advancement of management science and innovation studies.
The focus of SJMI encompasses a wide range of topics related to contemporary management and innovation, including but not limited to strategic management, human resource management, organizational behavior, marketing management, financial management, operations and supply chain management, entrepreneurship, digital business transformation, knowledge management, leadership, corporate governance, sustainability, and innovation management.

Stratova Journal of Management and Innovation (SJMI) is published third a year, in January, May, and September. Each issue contains original research articles and review papers that contribute to the development of management and innovation scholarship. The journal accepts manuscripts written in English, aiming to promote global academic collaboration and knowledge dissemination.
