Author Guidelines

Language

Manuscripts may be written in either Indonesian or English.

Originality

Submitted manuscripts must be original works, have not been previously published, and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Scope and Topics

Manuscripts should contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the fields of Management, Business, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Organizational Studies, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Strategic Management, Operations Management, Digital Business, Public Management, Sustainable Business, and related interdisciplinary areas that support organizational development and innovation.

Submission Process

All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal website:

Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts according to the journal's author guidelines and manuscript template available on the journal website.

Manuscript Sections

Manuscripts must contain the following sections:

  • Abstract (maximum 250 words)

  • Introduction

  • Methods

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • Acknowledgments (Optional)

  • References

Manuscript Structure

Title

The title should be concise, informative, and reflect the content of the manuscript. Use initial capital letters for each major word and limit the title to a maximum of 16 words.

Author Affiliation

Provide complete affiliation information for each author, including institution name, department/faculty, city, postal code, and country.

Abstract

The abstract should be written in a single paragraph and should not exceed 250 words. It must clearly describe the background, objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions of the study. Avoid citations, abbreviations, and undefined acronyms.

Keywords

Provide a maximum of six keywords or phrases arranged alphabetically and separated by semicolons (;). Keywords should represent the core concepts of the study and should not duplicate words already used in the title.

Introduction

The introduction should present the research background, theoretical and practical issues, literature review, research gap, novelty, and research objectives. Authors are encouraged to discuss contemporary challenges, emerging trends, and innovation-related issues relevant to management and business studies.

Methods

This section should clearly explain the research design, data collection techniques, population and sample, instruments, analytical methods, and procedures used in the study. Sufficient detail should be provided to allow replication of the research. Previously published methods should be properly cited.

Results and Discussion

Present the findings clearly and systematically. Tables and figures may be used when necessary to improve clarity. The discussion should interpret the findings in relation to existing theories, previous studies, and practical implications for management and innovation. Avoid merely repeating the results.

Conclusion

The conclusion should summarize the main findings, contributions, implications, limitations, and recommendations for future research.

References

All references must be listed alphabetically and cited consistently throughout the manuscript. Authors are encouraged to use recent and relevant literature, with at least 70% of references originating from scholarly journals and preferably published within the last five years. The journal adopts the APA Style (American Psychological Association) referencing format.
