Abstrak
This study examines whether perceived location and service quality predict customers' perceptions of sales-volume achievement at Ganendra Feed Store, Nganjuk. An explanatory quantitative survey produced 60 usable responses from customers who had purchased during the preceding three months. A 22-item questionnaire measured location, service quality, and perceived sales-volume achievement on a five-point Likert scale. Instrument testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t tests, an F test, and the coefficient of determination were performed with SPSS Statistics 23. Location was not a significant predictor (B = 0.038; p = .647), whereas service quality had a positive and significant effect (B = 0.235; p = .002). The model was significant, F(2, 57) = 6.831, p = .002, with an adjusted R squared of .165. The findings indicate that interpersonal and operational service improvements deserve priority, while accessibility remains a supporting concern. Interpretation is limited to perceived sales-volume achievement because the regression outcome was obtained from customer responses rather than transaction-level sales data.
