ANALISIS MATERI PAI SMP KELAS 9 ASPEK FIQIH

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) material for junior high school grade 9 semesters 1 and 2 with the aspect of fiqh plays an important role in forming an understanding and practice of the correct teachings of Islam. Fiqh is a science that studies the laws of sharia that regulate the lives of Muslims, both in terms of worship, muamalah, and family law. In semester 1, fiqh material focuses on basic worship that must be carried out by every Muslim, such as prayer, fasting, and zakat. Students learn the correct procedures for carrying out worship, the requirements for the validity of worship, and things that can invalidate the worship. The emphasis on the implementation of this worship aims to enable students to understand and practice Islamic teachings properly in their daily lives. 

In semester 2, fiqh material is further deepened with a discussion of laws related to social life, such as inheritance and marriage laws. The material on inheritance teaches how to divide inheritance fairly according to the provisions of Islamic law. Meanwhile, the material on marriage fiqh teaches about the requirements for a valid marriage, dowry, the rights and obligations of husband and wife, and things that can invalidate a marriage. In addition, students also study the fiqh of muamalah which regulates social interactions in various transactions, such as buying and selling and debts.

Fiqh learning in grade 9 aims to provide students with a deep understanding so that they can live their lives according to the principles of true Islamic teachings and have noble morals. This understanding is expected to be able to form a generation that is obedient and responsible in implementing Islamic sharia laws in everyday life.
