KONSEP DASAR FILSAFAT MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

This research aims to reconstruct and deeply examine the philosophical foundations of Islamic education management, which are often overlooked amidst the current of modern educational technocracy. This study employs a qualitative method with a library research approach to dissect the roots of educational management through three pillars of philosophy: ontology, epistemology, and axiology. The findings indicate that ontologically, Islamic education management is based on the nature of education as a divine mandate and humans as managing subjects (khalifah). Epistemologically, the integration of revelation (bayani), reason (burhani), and intuition (irfani) serves as the primary methodology in managerial decision-making. Axiologically, the ultimate goal of Islamic education management is not merely administrative efficiency but the attainment of benefit for the perfect human (insan kamil). The main discovery of this article confirms that prophetic leadership based on the qualities of siddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathanah is a vital instrument in transforming philosophical values into superior managerial practices. This research implies the importance of reorienting the policies of Islamic educational institutions to avoid falling into managerial secularism.
