TRANSFORMASI SEKOLAH MASA DEPAN LEWAT EFISIENSI SISTEM PENGAWASAN REAL-TIME

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of a real-time monitoring system, shifts in work culture, the role of strategic data, and the psychosocial impact on educators in the transformation of future schools. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a library research approach, data was collected through documentation of reputable scientific literature and analyzed using content and thematic analysis methods. The results indicate that real-time monitoring serves as a catalyst for a revolution in educational governance, shifting the paradigm from intuitive leadership to evidence-based leadership. System efficiency can reduce administrative burdens by up to 30%, thereby reducing teacher burnout and increasing focus on instructional innovation. Sociologically, digital transparency reconstructs professionalism to be more accountable, although it raises challenges in digital literacy stratification. In conclusion, the sustainability of future school quality depends on agile governance that balances technological efficiency with social inclusion to create a collaborative and sustainable educational ecosystem.
