The Employee Satisfaction with Career Development Services at PT X

This study aims to explore job satisfaction with career development at Company X using a qualitative approach. Employee satisfaction is a key indicator in improving organizational performance, in which career development plays a significant role. This study explores employee perceptions and experiences of the company's development program through a qualitative approach and case study method. Data analysis used discourse analysis techniques. The results indicate that PT X employees are generally dissatisfied with career development services. Employees believe there are still few opportunities for professional and personal advancement. Overall, it can be concluded that the implementation of career development programs at PT X is diverse and effective. Based on interview data, all employees at this company have participated in career development programs, and these career development programs can increase employee job satisfaction.
