Abstract

The problem that is often faced by final-year students is difficulty in making career decisions with certainty. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of spirituality on Career decisions. The method used is quantitative. The population used is final year students, totaling 247, with the number of samples used in this study as many as 71 people. The scales used are the spiritual depth scale made by Cholili and the Career Decision scale made by Osipaw. Data analysis in this study used a simple regression analysis technique. The results of the study found that the significance value obtained was 0.021. This value is smaller than 0.05, meaning that spirituality influences Career Decision in final year students. If the level of individual spirituality increases, career indecision will decrease. Conversely, if the individual's spirituality decreases, career indecision will increase. The R Square value obtained is 0.075. This shows that the spirituality variable has an effect of 7.5% on career indecision and the remaining 92.5% is influenced by other variables.
