IMPLEMENTATION OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP VALUES OF MUHAMMAD AL-FATIH BY OSIS CHAIRMAN MAN IC INDONESIA

This research aims to examine the implementation of the transformational leadership style by the Chairman of the Indonesian Student Council, MAN, Insan Intellectuals by taking inspiration from the leadership values of Muhammad Al-Fatih. Muhammad Al-Fatih is known as a respected leader and is able to motivate his members, especially through the historical event of the conquest of Constantinople. This research was carried out using an online interview method via Google Meet with 5 respondents, who were selected as samples, and documentation was carried out to support the data obtained. The results of the research show that Muhammad Al-Fatih's transformational leadership values, such as a strong vision, courage in making decisions, and the ability to motivate, are implemented by the Chairman of the OSIS MAN Indonesian Scholars. The application of this leadership style has a positive impact on improving the OSIS performance and the personal development of the OSIS Chair in leading the organization. This research makes an important contribution in understanding how historical leadership values can be adapted in the context of modern leadership among adolescents
