Abstract
This study examines the role of psychological interventions in supporting the career transformation of young professionals in Indonesia, who face complex challenges due to globalization, digitalization, and changes in economic structure. With a focus on three main elements, namely self-efficacy, work stress management, and adaptability. this study aims to identify psychological factors that influence individual career success. The methodology used is library research, analyzing related literature and secondary data. The research instrument is in the form of analyzed literature, and the analysis was carried out using descriptive-qualitative analysis methods. The results show that high self-efficacy increases young professionals' confidence in facing career challenges, while stress management through psychological interventions such as relaxation techniques and social support helps individuals remain competent in stressful work environments. Adaptability, which includes psychological flexibility and lifelong learning, has been shown to be key to maintaining competitiveness in the job market. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating psychological and social elements in career development strategies, providing practical recommendations for individuals and organizations to support the career transformation of young professionals.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini mengkaji peran intervensi psikologi dalam mendukung transformasi karir profesional muda di Indonesia, yang menghadapi tantangan kompleks akibat globalisasi, digitalisasi, dan perubahan struktur ekonomi. Dengan fokus pada tiga elemen utama yaitu efikasi diri, pengelolaan stres kerja, dan kemampuan adaptasi. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor psikologis yang memengaruhi keberhasilan karir individu. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka, menganalisis literatur dan data sekunder terkait. Instrumen penelitian berupa literatur yang dianalisis, dan Analisis dilakukan dengan metode analisis deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri yang tinggi meningkatkan kepercayaan profesional muda dalam menghadapi tantangan karir, sedangkan pengelolaan stres melalui intervensi psikologi seperti teknik relaksasi dan dukungan sosial membantu individu tetap kompeten di lingkungan kerja yang penuh tekanan.Kemampuan adaptasi, yang mencakup fleksibilitas psikologis dan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat, terbukti kunci untuk mempertahankan daya saing di pasar kerja.Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi elemen psikologis dan sosial dalam strategi pengembangan karir, memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi individu dan organisasi untuk mendukung transformasi karir profesional muda.
