The transition from education to work is often a major challenge for final-year students, marked by anxiety and uncertainty. Work readiness, which includes hard skills and soft skills, is a key factor for success in facing the professional world. This study aims to examine the effect of self-resilience on the work readiness of final-year students. The method used is a quantitative approach involving 78 final-year students. the Self-resilience instrument is measured using the Connor- Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC 10), while work readiness is measured using the Student Work Readiness Scale (SWRS). Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of self-resilience on work readiness. The results showed that self-resilience contributed significantly to work readiness (p = 0.010). Students with high levels of self-resilience are more prepared to face the challenges of the world of work. This finding emphasizes the importance of developing self-resilience in preparing students to face the transition to the professional world.
