In the digital transformation era, adaptability becomes an important competency for final year students in facing the dynamics of the world of work. This study aims to examine the effect of a growth mindset on the career adaptability of final-year students. With a quantitative approach and non-experimental causality research design, 96 final-year students became the subjects of the study. The instruments used were the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) and a previously validated growth mindset questionnaire. Data analysis used simple linear regression and the determination coefficient test. The results of the simple linear regression analysis showed that growth mindset contributed 68.6% (R2=0.686) to career adaptability. This finding indicates that students with a growth mindset can better face career challenges, develop new skills, and take advantage of opportunities. This study strengthens the theory that a growth mindset encourages individuals to see challenges as learning opportunities. The implication of this study is the importance of educational institutions developing growth mindset-strengthening programs to improve students' career readiness.
