Abstract
Career maturity is a critical indicator of students' readiness to enter the workforce. Active involvement in campus organizations is believed to support the development of career maturity by enhancing interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills. This study aims to understand how students' organizational engagement influences their career maturity. This research using a qualitative phenomenological approach, three actively involved students were interviewed in-depth. Thematic analysis of the data revealed that organizational participation fosters the development of adaptability, responsibility, and empathy, while also helping students identify their potential and career interests. The results of this research student A found confidence in aligning career choices with personal interests through organizational experiences. Student B demonstrated improved abilities in career planning and realization. Student C, although still exploring career options, developed problem-solving skills and systematic planning for career development. It can be concluded that the importance of organizational experience in supporting students' career maturity can be the basis for developing educational policies to prepare graduates to face the world of work.

Abstrak
Kematangan karir mahasiswa merupakan indikator penting dalam kesiapan mereka menghadapi dunia kerja. Keaktifan berorganisasi dipercaya dapat mendukung pengembangan kematangan karir melalui peningkatan keterampilan interpersonal, kepemimpinan, dan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana keaktifan mahasiswa dalam organisasi kampus mempengaruhi kematangan karir mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis, tiga mahasiswa yang aktif berorganisasi diwawancarai secara mendalam. Analisis tematik terhadap data menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan organisasi mendukung pengembangan keterampilan adaptasi, tanggung jawab, dan empati, serta membantu mahasiswa mengenali potensi diri dan minat karir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan mahasiswa A menemukan keyakinan dalam memilih karir yang sesuai dengan minat pribadi melalui pengalaman organisasi. Mahasiswa B menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan dalam perencanaan dan realisasi karir yang terarah. Mahasiswa C, meskipun masih dalam tahap eksplorasi, mengembangkan keterampilan problem-solving dan kemampuan sistematis dalam merencanakan karir. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pentingnya pengalaman organisasi dalam mendukung kematangan karir mahasiswa, yang dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan untuk mempersiapkan lulusan menghadapi dunia kerja.
