The Relationship Between Work-Life Balance and Teacher Performance at MI Nurul Islam Al Hamidy Jember

This study aims to analyze the relationship between work-life balance and teacher performance at MI Nurul Islam Al Hamidy Jember, and to examine whether this relationship differs by gender. The study is motivated by the increasing professional demands placed on teachers to balance work responsibilities with their personal lives. A quantitative correlational approach was employed, involving 14 teachers as respondents. Data were collected using work-life balance and teacher performance scales, and analyzed using Pearson correlation. The results indicate a significant positive relationship between work-life balance and teacher performance (r = 0.687; p = 0.007). No differences were found in work-life balance or performance by gender.
