PERENCANAAN BISNIS (BUSINESS PLAN) BERBASIS NILAI ISLAM

In the era of globalization, business planning is often focused solely on profit maximization without considering ethical and spiritual dimensions. This phenomenon frequently neglects long-term sustainability and the concept of barakah (divine blessing) in business transactions. This study aims to formulate a business planning (business plan) concept that integrates Islamic values as the primary foundation of every strategic element. The research employs a qualitative method using a library research approach. The collected data are analyzed descriptively to construct a management framework that is aligned with Islamic principles. The findings indicate that an Islamic values-based business plan consists of four main pillars: (1) Tawhid (the Oneness of God) as the operational foundation, (2) 'Adl (justice) in profit distribution and employee treatment, (3) Amanah (trustworthiness) in resource management, and (4) Maslahah (public benefit) as the ultimate objective of business. The integration of these values is reflected in honest marketing strategies, an interest-free capital structure, and a transparent management system. An Islamic values-based business plan is not only oriented toward financial success (falah in this world) but also toward attaining the pleasure of Allah (falah in the Hereafter), thereby creating a more ethical and sustainable business ecosystem.
