Landasan Epistemologi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam dan Implikasinya terhadap Kepemimpinan Lembaga Pendidikan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis landasan epistemologi manajemen pendidikan Islam serta implikasinya terhadap kepemimpinan lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan pengelolaan pendidikan di era kontemporer. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada bagaimana sumber-sumber pengetahuan Islam, seperti Al-Qur’an, hadis, dan ijtihad ulama, berperan dalam membentuk paradigma manajemen dan gaya kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada nilai-nilai tauhid, keadilan, amanah, dan kemaslahatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan (library research), dengan menganalisis berbagai literatur klasik dan kontemporer yang relevan dengan epistemologi Islam, manajemen pendidikan, dan teori kepemimpinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa epistemologi manajemen pendidikan Islam tidak hanya menempatkan rasionalitas dan empirisme sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan, tetapi juga mengintegrasikannya dengan nilai-nilai transendental yang bersumber dari wahyu. Implikasi epistemologis tersebut melahirkan model kepemimpinan lembaga pendidikan yang bersifat etis, visioner, partisipatif, dan bertanggung jawab secara moral serta sosial. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya khazanah keilmuan manajemen pendidikan Islam dengan menawarkan kerangka konseptual yang menegaskan pentingnya epistemologi Islam sebagai fondasi kepemimpinan lembaga pendidikan yang berkelanjutan dan berkarakter.
