Abstract

In the realm of modern education, the success of a school is not just based on the quality of its curriculum or facilities, but also greatly affected by the quality of its leadership and the management of its workforce especially teachers and education staff. Educational leadership is key in shaping vision, fostering a positive work environment, and enabling the required changes to reach educational aims. At the same time, proper  management of teachers and staff guarantess the seamless operation of the teaching and learning process in an organized and methodical way. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method using a literature review approach, examining various sources such as books and academic journals related to educational leadership and teacher management. The research results show that leadership models like transformational, transactional, visionary, and situational help create inclusive and innovative learning environments. Furthermore, leadership styles such as autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire also greatly impact school performance. In the school context, the principal’s role as a leader is vital in influencing stakeholders and establishing favorable learning conditions. Also, effective management of teachers through planning, hiring, training, and performance assessment is crucial for  supporting school success. The collaboration between effective leadership and organized teacher management is a significant factor in enhancing the quality of education. Thus, integrated studies on these topics are crucial for education proffesionals, scholarss, and policymakers as well.
