Abstract

Educational supervision management plays a crucial role in improving the quality of teaching and the professionalism of educators. Educational supervision is not merely about oversight, but also about providing guidance and support to teachers to perform their duties optimally. This paper aims to examine the fundamental concepts, objectives, functions, principles, and scope of educational supervision. The method used is a literature review that analyzes various academic sources. The findings indicate that educational supervision encompasses several key functions: coordination, consultation, evaluation, and development. Core principles such as scientific, democratic, collaborative, constructive, and creative approaches serve as essential guidelines in its implementation. Effective supervision helps improve the quality of learning, strengthen teacher competencies, and foster a conducive and adaptive educational environment, especially in the digital era. Therefore, appropriate supervision management contributes significantly to the overall enhancement of education quality
