Abstract

In the context of modern education, the success of an institution is not solely determined by the quality of its curriculum or infrastructure, but also significantly influenced by the quality of its leadership and the management of its human resources—particularly educators and education personnel. Educational leadership plays a central role in shaping vision, creating a positive work culture, and facilitating the necessary changes to achieve educational goals. Meanwhile, effective management of educators and staff ensures the smooth operation of the teaching and learning process in a structured and systematic manner. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method through a literature review approach, analyzing various references such as books and scientific journals relevant to educational leadership and teacher management. The research findings indicate that leadership models transformational, transactional, visionary, and situational contribute to building inclusive and innovative learning environments. In addition, leadership styles such as autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire also significantly affect institutional performance. In the school setting, the role of the principal as a leader is crucial in influencing stakeholders and creating conducive learning conditions. Likewise, professional management of educators through planning, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation is essential in supporting institutional success. The synergy between effective leadership and systematic teacher management is a key factor in improving the quality of education. Therefore, integrative studies on these aspects are important for education practitioners, academics, and policymakers alike.
