Abstract

The aim of this assistance is to strengthen the strategic management of the Madurese stall community around the Sebani sub-district area in business competition with Indomaret, Alfamaret and the Basmalah shop owned by the Sidogiri Islamic boarding school. The approach used to strengthen the strategic management of the Madurese warung community in business is the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which is a service approach that empowers the assets owned by a Madurese warung community. The results of the implementation of the program to strengthen the strategic management of the Madurese warung community in business have greatly influenced the addition of human resources for strategic management, creativity and welfare of the Madurese warung community, and changes in the Madurese warung community that are more solid and have a positive image towards competitive social business changes.
